Clarity with Amethyst has prompts for sorting your thoughts and feelings.
This is a personal passion project as this is how I sort my thoughts and how I further understand myself. It is short and concise but I find it most effective as I can separate my mind, body, and heart and see which area I need to work on.
It is 10-page pad type prompts that you can attach to your existing journals or planners.
