Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

Since all our items are handmade and made to order, kindly give us 24-48 hours to make your items. After that we will ship out your items. Please ensure that the cellphone number you've indicated is correct, as the courier will notify you thru the cellphone number you have typed in the check out page. 

Once shipped, your order will usually take 2-3 days to arrive to you if you live in Metro Manila. If your address is provincial (outside Metro Manila), it can take 3-7 days.

Same Day Delivery Policy
You can also avail for same day delivery (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc). In our check out page you would see "Please check rate for Lalamove/Grab". The rate is NOT flat rate. Please allow us to check the final cost for same day delivery as it varies base on the distance from my workshop to your place. 

Please send me a message on Instagram, via the chat bubble on the lower right side of the screen, or via email immediately if you want same day delivery. Payment cut-off for same day delivery is 12:00NN Philippine Standard Time and will be for sending out round 3PM-6PM.

Payment made past 12:00NN shall be sent via same day delivery apps the next day. This is to avoid rush and mistakes on our end especially during gift giving season.

Do we ship outside Philippines?
We can send via DHL or FedEx. We would have to check the rate first and get back to you. Please reach us via chat bubble or at madebykca@gmail.com
